Simple returns and exchanges

If you're not satisfied with your Sean&Luma purchase, the simplest way to return or exchange it is to contact us directly. We require pictures if the product was damaged during shipping. We are confident in the quality of our products and will replace any errors on our part. Please note, we do not refund or replace items due to weather conditions or misuse.

Our refund and returns policy are 15 days or less after delivery. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items

Due to their perishable nature, our seasonings, teas, and tomato chips cannot be returned.

Return timeframe

We will accept returns up to 15 days after delivery. Please ensure your item is returned within this period to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Shipping costs for returns

We cover the shipping cost for returns, but only after pictures are received and verified for damage. Only damaged goods will be accepted for return shipping cost coverage.
